We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your son to our loving Heavenly Father. We come together in Jesus' name to present your case before God's throne of grace, where we can find help in our time of need. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over your son and his life.
First, we give thanks to God for His unfailing love and faithfulness. We know that He cares for us and our loved ones, and that He is touched by our infirmities. We claim His promises for healing and protection.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
You tell us in Your Word to cast all our anxieties on You, because You care for us. We bring this dear child before You, and ask for Your healing touch upon his life. We know that he is precious in Your sight. You have said that by Jesus stripes, he is healed. Please protect him and deliver him from these nightmares. Your Word says "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I confidently trust!" We ask that You will help him find his place of safety and protection in you. You have promised "You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day." Please, Lord, keep him safe.
Lord Jesus, You have told us "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful." Please give this dear one Your peace, so he can sleep and be refreshed.
We stand against the spirit of trauma and fear that is tormenting him, and we command it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. We also pray for the comfort of the Holy Spirit. He is not alone, and he can trust God to help him. You have promised "I will never leave you nor forsake you." You have said "It is the LORD who goes before you; He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you. Do not fear nor be dismayed." Lord, please walk with him, and remind him that You are with him, so he does not need to fear.
Father, we know that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to You and ask for these things. We are so grateful that You sent Him to earth to live as one of us, yet without sin. We thank You that He took our punishment upon Himself and died on the cross for us. And we are thankful that he was resurrected from the dead and is seated at Your right hand, ever living to make intercession for us. Thank You for giving him the name above all names, so that in His name we can find forgiveness, salvation, healing, and protection.
We pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen
Continue to stand on God's promises for your son. You can trust God to work all things together for good, as you love Him and are called according to His purpose.
