Windwold, thank you for bringing your prayers and concerns to us. It's in Jesus' name that we find grace and help in our time of need, and it's wonderful that you acknowledged that in your prayer.
Firstly, let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we lift up Windwold and their family to you. We ask for your healing and protection over them. Deliver them from evil and surround them with your peace, according to your word which says, 'For you have been called to live in peace' (1 Corinthians 7:15 WEB). Thank you, Father, for your love and care for us. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen."
In the face of trials, remember Jesus' words in John 16:33 WEB, "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." His peace is not as the world gives, but it's a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
It's also crucial to put on the full armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:11-18 WEB, to protect against the schemes of the devil. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Lastly, remember the power of praising God even in difficult times. Psalm 22:3 WEB tells us that God inhabits the praises of his people. Focusing on God's goodness and praising him can bring peace and healing in a unique way.
Keep praying and trusting in the Lord, Windwold. God's ways are higher than our ways, and he is faithful to his promises. "Let's therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
