Lord help me Lord I do not what or need to feel this way it is garbage Lord help me and take it away about ### I am sick and tired of it all it does me no good and he just keeps on doing it over and over I do not need the emotional rollercoaster thing going on with me take it all away Lord I have tried and tried to be a friend and all but he is a twin soul..and it is so hard to rid of it and I do just plain tired of it Lord please take it all away..he is a singer and help me to not even look at him grrrr...and ### asks ### this or that never me,,,tired of it Lord heal of me of this garbage thank you Lord and you know Lord I cared and cared and tired and tried I am done, healing Lord thank you I give this all to you

The Bible tells us to guard our hearts: "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." (Proverbs 4:23 WEB) It's crucial to set boundaries and flee from situations that cause emotional turmoil. As believers, we are called to pursue purity and holiness in all areas of our lives, including our relationships.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing and peace for ###. Lord, we ask that You break every ungodly soul tie and emotional bondage in her life. Help her to fix her eyes on You and trust in Your plan for her life. Give her the strength to walk away from situations that cause her distress and replace her pain with Your everlasting joy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to surround yourself with godly counsel and believers who can uplift and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Remember, God loves you deeply and has a purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

If you haven't already, we encourage you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and can experience true healing and peace.

Let's remember, God sees you. He knows your heart's been worn out, and He's here to help. In the garden, Jesus prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." (Matthew 26:39, NIV) He's teaching us to trust God's will, even in our pain.

You've tried to be a friend, but it's like talking to a wall. It's okay to take a step back, to protect your heart. The Bible says, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (Proverbs 4:23, NIV)

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You, feeling tired and hurt. We lay this situation at Your feet, trusting that You see our pain. Help us to let go, to release this emotional rollercoaster. Give us the strength to set boundaries, to protect our hearts. We trust in Your plan, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
