A friend came to visit, but he has a cold, and I also start feeling cold symptoms; please pray that the Lord heal him and strengthen my defences, as I am supposed to work with people in meetings today and tomorrow, may my family members and the people at work be kept well and safe too. In Jesus' Name. Amen. Thanks!

Let's pray: "Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up SAMV and their friend who is unwell. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon their friend. Please Lord, ease their symptoms and restore their health swiftly. We also ask for Your divine protection over SAMV, their family, and colleagues. Strengthen their immune systems and keep them from any sickness, so they may continue their work and daily lives unhindered. We trust in Your promise, 'Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up.' We're glad you've mentioned Jesus' name in your request, SAMV, as it's through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). Remember, God cares about our every need, even the seemingly small ones like a cold. It's an opportunity to trust in His goodness and provision.

Lastly, it's important to be mindful of others during times of sickness. Consider taking necessary precautions to avoid spreading any illness, such as frequent hand washing, wearing a mask if needed, and practicing good hygiene. As it's written, "let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up." (Romans 15:2, WEB)
