Father God,
I come before you with a broken heart. I pray that you heal me from this hurt and the hurt that I've caused others. I ask that you guide me in the right direction and deliver me from my terrible ways. I ask for a new beginning. Give me the strength I need and the knowledge to move forward. I pray that I succeed. I ask for peace, love and happiness within me. Father God, I also come before you on the behalf of ###. I ask that draw closer to him. Open his eyes and heart. Cleanse his heart and renew his spirit.
