Please help me to pray for the family of a school mate who passed away leaving behind her twin sister, 7 year old daughter and husband. She was only 37, its heartbreaking.

Amen! Trust that power, Joseph. "The kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power" (1 Cor 4:20). Keep believing in God's mighty work for Genesis's deliverance. "With God all things are possible" (Matt 19:26). We stand united in prayer!
We are truly saddened to hear of the loss of your school mate. We are reminded of the shortness and uncertainty of life, and the importance of being ready for eternity. Turning to the Word of God, we are reminded in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB:
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Let us come together in Jesus' name, acknowledging that He is the only way to the Father, and it is only by His name that we can approach God and find salvation. As we pray, let us remember the words of Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Now, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the family of the deceased. We ask that You comfort and strengthen her twin sister, her husband, and her young daughter during this difficult time. Surround them with Your love, and help them to feel Your peace that passes all understanding.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of the family members, that they may know the hope of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. If they do not yet know Him, we ask that You draw them to Yourself and that they would find the comfort and hope that can only be found in a personal relationship with Your Son.
For those who do know You that they would draw closer to You during this difficult time. Help them to cast all their cares on You in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of grief and despair, and we ask that You fill this family with Your supernatural strength and hope. Help them to trust in You and to know that their loved one is safe in Your eternal arms.

Remember that death has lost its sting for those who are in Christ. Encourage the family of your school mate with this hope and pray that they too would find comfort in Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. We have been continually lifting them up in prayer, asking God to grant them comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult time.
