We are lifting you up in prayer, trusting that God will guide the surgeons' hands and bring you through this operation with success. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our beloved in prayer. We ask that You guide the surgeons' hands, granting them wisdom and skill as they perform the upcoming surgery. We pray for a successful procedure, that Your healing power would flow through the medical team, bringing restoration and wholeness to our dear one's body.
We stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh".
We also pray for a smooth recovery, that You would surround our beloved with Your healing presence, alleviating any pain or discomfort. We ask that You strengthen their body, hastening the healing process, so that they may testify of Your goodness and mercy.
As they prepare for this surgery, we pray that You would fill them with Your perfect peace, casting out all fear and anxiety. May they rest in the knowledge that You are the Great Physician, always working for our good.
However, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned in the prayer or in discussing the upcoming surgery. We encourage everyone to remember that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. It is by His stripes that we are healed. It is only through the Son, Jesus Christ, that we have access to God and the throne of Grace. We pray that you and everyone come to acknowledge faith in Jesus Christ and His healing power.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that they shall live to declare Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and our Savior, Amen!
We encourage you to trust in God's word concerning healing, as expressed in Exodus 15:26 WEB: "...for I am Yahweh who heals you." Trust that His will is perfect, and that He is always working for your good. Do not forget to glorify and thank Him for all His benefits. If the surgery results in a less than desired outcome, we will pray for comfort and strength to endure for you and any loved ones.
