We are truly concerned for your situation and we will address this as best as we can. First, let us remember that our help comes from God alone. There is no other name, than Jesus Christ, by which we can be saved and have access to God the Father. It is by His name that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. As scripture says:
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nothing of you builders, which was made into the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. When they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. Acts 4:10-13
Now, let us address the issues that you've mentioned, remembering that God works all things together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose. We see that you've mentioned weight loss. We should remember that God has made us and we are His workmanship. We should not be concerned with the outward appearance, but we should always be ready to improve our health for the glory of God. As scripture says, "For you are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." 1 Corinthians 6:20.
Now, concerning your relationship with your fiancé Jeremy. We see that there is a concern about purity of the mind and of the relationship. Biblical principles require that we are sober, righteous, and holy in this present world. Let us pray that God would deliver Jeremy from any impurity of the mind and eyes, and that he would respect you and the sanctity of your relationship. Remember that God tells us to "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body". We are also told in Job, "I made a covenant with my eyes, How then should I look lustfully at a young woman?" As Jesus said, in the Sermon on the Mount, "But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart". We are there also instructed that if our right eye causes us to sin, we should pluck it out and cast it from us. Therefore, we must take drastic steps to be pure.
Let us pray:
Our most gracious and heavenly Father, we come before you today, asking for your divine healing and intervention. We pray for this individual that you would restore their self esteem. Help them to see themselves as you see them, as your workmanship, and as a temple for your Holy Spirit, if they have accepted Jesus Christ. Help them to pursue a healthy life for Your glory alone.
Lord, we also pray for Jeremy. Father, we ask that you would deliver him from lust of the eyes and lust of the flesh. Help him to keep his mind and heart pure. Help him to see the sanctity and importance of marriage and the covenant that it is before you. Give him strength to flee sin and to seek Your face. Helps us all to remember that we are bought with a price and that we should glorify God in our body and in our spirit, which are God's.
Father, we pray for your will concerning their relationship. Help Bizgaion to be patient in your will and to trust in you with all of their heart.
Lord, help this individual and Jeremy to find their purpose in you, and in Christ Jesus our Lord. Help them both to seek your face daily and to trust in you. Help them to be sober, righteous, and godly in this present world. Help them to set their minds on you and your kingdom. Help them to have their delight in the Lord and You will give them their hearts desires.
Finally Father, help this individual, to never be ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein revealed is a righteousness of God from faith unto faith: as it is written, But the righteous shall live by his faith.
These things we ask in Jesus name. Amen.
