Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is in need of your healing touch. Lord, we lift up ###'s kidneys, diabetes, heart, and eyes to you. We ask that you would bring healing and restoration to these areas of their body.

Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:3 that you "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We claim this promise for ### and ask that you would forgive any sins that may have contributed to these health issues and bring complete healing to their body.

In Mark 11:24, Jesus said, "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." We stand on this promise and believe that as we lift up ###'s health concerns to you, you will bring about healing according to your perfect will.

We also pray for wisdom and guidance for ### in managing their health. May they seek medical advice and follow any necessary treatments or medications that are recommended. Help them to make wise choices in their diet and lifestyle that will promote good health.

Lord, we know that you are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for you. We trust in your power and love to bring healing to ###'s body. May your healing touch be upon them, bringing restoration and wholeness.
