Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with "In Jesus' Name (IJN)," acknowledging the power and authority of Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

For your hand's healing, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for your healing touch upon fulloffaith's hand. By the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke any pain, discomfort, or infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. Thank you, Lord, for your healing power. Amen."

Regarding weight loss, we encourage you to trust in the Lord and take care of your body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Remember, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).

Let's pray for your weight loss journey:

"Dear Lord, we ask for your help as fulloffaith embarks on this journey to lose weight. Please grant them the discipline and strength to take care of their body. Guide them to make healthy choices that honor you, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
