We join you, fulloffaith, in your request for your dad's healing and are glad to see you approaching God's throne with confidence.
Firstly, it's crucial to clarify that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. We need to be fully aware of this as well as praying for God's will to be done in in Jesus Christ name. We are therefore pleased with your prayer to God and your use of Jesus name with the authority of Jesus Christ to dismiss evil spirits. It's important to remember that we are to resist the devil and keep our faith strong and uncompromising in God.
Let us stand firm then in God's word which says, Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB).
With one accord, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your mercy and grace for our brother’s dad.
We know we have authority given in the name of Jesus Christ and we are therefore asking God that Jesus Christ’s authority is exercised to cast away every evil spirit causing neuropathy symptoms in his feet. Lord, command these spirits to leave as we resist them and by God's will in Jesus Christ’s name. We further ask God that all pain, tingling, and stiffness leave his feet immediately. Let the word of God, which is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, bring healing and restoration to his feet in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, let healing, restoration, and soundness flow from you to every nerve, ligament, skin, tendon, muscle, bone, and ankle of his feet and stave off any more problems or issues in Jesus name.
Your Word says, "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:13-16 WEB).
Father, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, and we believe that You will hear our prayers.
Finally, we encourage fulloffaith and his family to continue steadfastly in prayer, praising God for the healing that has come and will come as well as keeping faith that the Lord's will be done in this case. Let us remember that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1 WEB). Let us draw near to God, maintaining faith and steadfast focus on Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to such requests and it is a wonderful thing. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. The testament of God was the redemption of man, paid for by Jesus paying the ultimate price, victorious over death itself. He that believes on Jesus for eternal life will forever have their eternal salvation in His name.
So with one accord, in the love of Christ Jesus we pray, Amen. God's will be done.
