Let us come before the Lord with thanksgiving, lifting up your health and wellbeing.
Beloved, we are reminded of the words of King David in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases" (WEB). It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we receive these benefits, including healing.
As we pray for your health, we also want to encourage you to trust in the Lord, for He is your healer. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we are told, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, we ask that You heal the digestive system, colon, throat, and skull. Let them not be a source of pain or discomfort. Lord, we know that You have promised, "Who heals all your diseases", this was provided for us by the stripes of Jesus.
Father, we also pray for their spiritual well-being, that they may know You better and trust in You more. Lord, we know that there is nothing impossible for You. We ask for their healing in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to You..
Beloved, as we pray for your healing, we also encourage you to examine your heart and life, ensuring that you are right with God. In James 5:16, we are told, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you that healing is an act of God's grace, and sometimes He may allow us to go through difficulties for His glory and our good. Trust in Him, no matter the outcome, for He is always working for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
