I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking healing for their mind and body. Lord, you are the ultimate healer and we believe in your power to restore and renew. We ask that you touch ###'s mind, bringing clarity and peace. Help them to overcome the feeling of making too many mistakes and replace it with confidence and assurance in your forgiveness and grace.
Lord, we also ask for physical healing for ###. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in your ability to heal every ailment and restore every part of their body. We pray for strength and vitality to be restored, and for any pain or discomfort to be alleviated.
In your Word, you have promised that you can give rest to the weary and burdened. We claim this promise for ### and ask that you grant them rest from the burdens they carry. Help them to find peace in your presence and to trust in your unfailing love.
We also pray that you would guide and direct ###, helping them to make wise decisions and to learn from their mistakes. Give them wisdom and discernment in all areas of their life, and surround them with supportive and encouraging people who can help them grow and learn.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
