We understand that you are seeking healing and strength, with many tasks ahead. Let's bring your request before the Lord together, in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Lord in your request. It's important to remember that it's in the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it's written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Now, let's pray for your healing and strength:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to touch Anonymous, heal their cold, and clear their congested throat. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and no sickness is too hard for You to heal. We claim Your promise in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB, 'who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed'."
"Lord, we also ask for strength for Anonymous. There's so much to get done, and they need Your grace and energy to accomplish it all. Remind them of Isaiah 40:31 WEB, 'But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.'"

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
