We join you, NEWHOPE, in your request for protection as you travel to and from work. It is so important to acknowledge the power and authority of Jesus Christ in our prayers, and you have done that well. We are reminded in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is by His name that all can be saved. We specifically pray to God the Father in Jesus name.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer, NEWHOPE. We thank You for Your steadfast love and faithfulness. As NEWHOPE travels to and from work, we ask for Your divine protection and guidance. May Your angels encamp around them and keep them in all their ways, as promised in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
We also bring before You NEWHOPE's request for morning hours close to home. We pray that You will open doors and provide opportunities that align with Your will and Your best for them. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your ability to provide, as seen in Matthew 7:11, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!"
Help NEWHOPE to start each day with Your Word and in prayer, seeking Your face and Your wisdom. May they live out Psalm 143:8, "Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, for in you do I trust. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to you."
In all things, may NEWHOPE walk in a manner worthy of the calling they have received, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Ephesians 4:1-3.
We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, NEWHOPE, knowing that God hears your prayers and that He is faithful to act on behalf of His children. Continue to trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Remember that "the prayer of the righteous is very powerful in its effect." James 5:16. Go forth in the power and peace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
