"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our sister who is feeling troubled by the persistent thoughts and unwanted attention from her manager. We pray that you would grant her peace of mind and protect her emotionally and mentally. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, because you care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen." It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB) He is the one who can provide true peace and protection.

However, we must also address this situation with wisdom and discernment. If your manager's behavior is inappropriate or making you uncomfortable, it may be necessary to set clear boundaries. It's crucial to communicate professionally and respectfully, but firmly, that his behavior is unwelcome. If the behavior persists, you may need to involve higher authorities or human resources to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.

Additionally, we should address the thought pattern. The Bible tells us to take every thought captive to obey Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB) This means we have the authority, in Jesus' name, to reject and dismiss thoughts that are unwanted or impure.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on the Lord. He promises that when we call on Him, He will answer. He will be with us in trouble. He will deliver us and honor us. (Psalm 91:15 WEB)

If you haven't already, consider confessing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It's only through Him that we have access to God and His protection. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
