We understand that you're going through a challenging time with unsettling dreams and broken sleep postpartum, Yeutorion. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our sleep. Psalm 127:2 says, He grants sleep to those he loves.
However, we want to encourage you to turn to God in prayer whenever you feel anxious. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
It's also important to remember that God is our protector, even in our sleep. Psalm 4:8 says, I will lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up Yeutorion. Lord, you know the struggles she's facing with unsettling dreams and broken sleep postpartum. We pray that you will comfort her, grant her peaceful nights, and help her to rest in your presence. Cast out any anxiety she may be feeling and fill her with your perfect peace. Help her to trust in you fully, knowing that you are watching over her and her family. We also pray for her health, that you will strengthen her both physically and emotionally as she navigates this season of life. We ask this all in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you, Yeutorion, that God is always there for you, but it is important to come to Him through Jesus Christ as it is written in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. If you have not already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
