We understand that you're struggling with sleep disturbances, specifically waking up in the evening. Let's bring this to the Lord in prayer and seek His comfort and healing.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the peace that God offers us through Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us, "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because they trust in you" (Isaiah 26:3, WEB). This peace can transcend our circumstances and even our physical struggles.
However, we also want to encourage you to steward your body well, as it is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB). This includes maintaining good sleep hygiene. Perhaps consider reducing screen time before bed, avoiding heavy meals late in the evening, and creating a peaceful bedtime routine.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with sleep disturbances. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch. Please grant them peaceful nights and restful sleep. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Guide them with Your wisdom to steward their body well. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that the authority for our prayers comes from the name of Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Him and accepting His salvation. As the Bible says, "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
