We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we want to remind you that our first step is to take this burden to the Lord in prayer. Let us pray that He takes away the confusion and emotional turmoil you're experiencing.
"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."
Psalm 55:22 (WEB)
"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."
Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB)
Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister who is struggling with her emotions and the challenges of menopause. We ask, Lord, that You grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to cast her burdens on You, knowing that You care for her deeply. Guide her through this season of life, and remind her of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus Christ name we pray.
Menopause is a natural part of life, but that doesn't make it any easier. We encourage you to seek God's strength and comfort during this time. Remember that He is always with you, even in the most difficult moments. If you are not in a relationship with Jesus Christ, this would be a great opportunity to start. Just pray in your own words thanking Him for taking the penalty for your sin and inviting Him into your life. "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." Romans 10:13 (WEB). Emotional and physical changes can be tough and we are here to pray for you.
Additionally, consider speaking with a healthcare provider about your symptoms, as there may be ways to manage them more effectively.
We are praying for your peace and well-being. We are here to talk if you would like. God bless you and keep you.
