Having Dominion

Psalms 8:6
“Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:” King James Version (KJV)

A dominion stands because of its internal strenght and fortified infrastructures. Its prepared to weather any storms.
Without this internal strenght the dominion will not stand. It will cease to be a dominion.

God said that we are to take dominion over all. Yes all. Even death itself. Where is thy sting?

1 Corinthians 15:55
“O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?”

But how strong is your internal infrastructures? Who or what rules your inner-kingdom. Is it money, status, or other worldly desires?

Luke 16:13
“No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”

Those above desires are rooted in fear. More specifically 'the fear of lacking.' This is not to be confuse with needs. This so call 'lacking' goes outside God's provision. Fear is anti-faith and works against Love. Perfect Love cast away fear.

1John 4:18
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.”

Love and Faith opens the invitations to our Lord. Once you have unlocked this truth, our Lord takes residency in your inner-kingdom and your Dominionship begins.

Ephesian 3:17
“That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,”

Be of good courage family because you are fortified through your faith and the Love of God.

Would-be princes will try to topple your walls but the battle belongs to the King.
Try not to worry, try not to fret or to be preoccupy with desires. Your inner-kingdom is protected through your faith of Jesus.

Dominion does not mean fossil fuels and then pollute the earth. Or just cut all the trees around and them leave bear the land. Having dominion over everything is taking care of the earth, of people and loving the Lord with all our heart, mind and soul. Jesus said. I Me ye shall have peace. Yes, that is what we all need. Worry not about what will happen to this earth. How it will burn or who will destroy. Worry instead about where you will end after you die. In heaven or in hell.

None of us have dominion over death or the coming destruction. We cannot stop hurrianes coming to us or the sun burning us up. All we have to do is to ask Jesus for mercy and compassion. He will deliver us and take us all home to heaven.

First; Dominion over self leads to Godly actions! It is appointed for all men to die once then... Life for those who believe through faith and good work (as a pair.)
Emphasizing on faith and not fear. Fear prevents faith and Godly works. Psalms 8:6 says that we were created to have dominion.
Dominion is a work in progress that will be perfected after the first death. But brother you miss the blessing of my blog. Fret, worries, angst, are all about fear. Fear robs us of faith. Without faith there is no relationship with Jesus. I am trying to uplift the persecuted through the Word of God. Give them hope. Hence my words;

Your inner-kingdom is not self, it's God. Many of our prayers on this site are about brothers and sisters going through persecution. Since the Holy Spirit is in us the battle is ours. My faith calls me to do God's work, regardless of the circumstances being thrown at me by this world. God is in charge. Does not God have dominion of His own creation? We are not the kings of the dominion but we are children of the King who has dominion over all. Praise God brother!

This is really an uplifiting message for us today. God has certainly dominion over everything, that includes our life, our resources and whatever we have.
