please help me not to take my frustrations out on my friends and family. please help me keep my composure and bring peace to myself. please help me stay positive in life even when things don't go the way I planned.

We understand that you're experiencing a lot of frustrations and anger, ###, and we're here to support and pray with you. Firstly, let's remember what God's Word tells us in Ephesians 4:26-27 (WEB), "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's important to acknowledge that anger is a normal human emotion, but we must deal with it in a way that doesn't lead us into sin.
It's also crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, let's pray that God will help you not to take out your frustrations on your friends and family, but rather give you the strength to address the root cause of your anger.
Let's pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to You on behalf of ###. Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill their heart and mind. Help them to remain calm and composed, even in frustrating situations. Give them the wisdom to address their anger effectively and not let it control them. Help them to stay positive and hopeful, even when things don't go as planned.
Lord, we also pray for their friends and family. Protect them from any harm and help ### to be a source of blessing and encouragement to them. We rebuke any spirit of anger, frustration, or negativity that may be influencing ###'s life. In its place, we ask for the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
Lord, we thank You for Your forgiveness and mercy. Help ### to draw closer to You, to know You better, and to find their strength and peace in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

But we also want to encourage you with this, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22, NIV)
