Dear God please hear my prayers. Please forgive me for my lack of patience. I know things will be done in YOUR perfect time. Due to the stress at work, due to stress at home and due to my broken and destroyed relationship I am having negative physical issues. I do not feel good, I am sleeping poorly, and I feel like I am going to pass out all the time. Please God hear my prayers and help me. Please forgive me for breaking my promises to YOU.
