We are truly sorrowful to hear about your suffering, Elizabeth. We want to remind you that even in the darkest times, God is with you, and He cares deeply about your pain. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 4:15, "For we donβt have a high priest who canβt be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin." Jesus understands your pain and is with you in it.
Firstly, we want to address your mention of feeling like God has left you in your suffering. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Even when we don't understand why we are going through trials, we must trust that God has a purpose and a plan. In Romans 8:28, we are promised that "all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
It's also important to remember that healing comes in many forms and in God's timing. While we may plead for immediate physical healing, God might be working on healing your heart, strengthening your faith, or preparing you for a testimony that will help others. Trust in His timing and His will.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Jesus, we come before You lifting up our sister Elizabeth. We ask for Your healing touch on her body and her mind. We pray that You give her the strength to endure, the faith to trust in Your plan, and the peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to feel Your presence, Lord, and to know that You are working all things for her good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Take heart, Elizabeth. The Bible tells us in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we donβt give up." Keep holding on to God's promises, and don't give up. We are here with you, supporting you in prayer and love.
