Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is feeling frustrated and disheartened by yet another last-minute cancellation of a work appointment. Lord, we know that You understand our needs and our struggles, and we ask that You bring peace and comfort to their heart in this moment of disappointment.
Your Word in Philippians 4:19 assures us that "my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide for every need, both seen and unseen. Help our friend to trust in Your perfect timing and provision, even when circumstances seem discouraging.
Lord, we pray for patience and perseverance, and that You would open new doors of opportunity that align with Your will. May Your favor rest upon them, and may they find renewed strength and hope in Your presence.
