Pls help pray that God's love surrounds me. As I am hating myself for giving a low price for a prospective buyer the price for a lot we are selling. I was pressured and sort of gave in. Now I am contemplating it and cannot sleep. I cannot retract or adjust it without offending the agent since I already told him and I believe he has told the buyer. Also the agent helped me in the lot so I owe him. But it never crossed my mind that he made a mark up on that price until after telling him.

Firstly, let's address the underlying issue. The Bible tells us, Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect, Romans 12:2 WEB. Feeling remorse for past decisions can weigh heavily on our hearts, but God calls us to renew our minds and trust in His will.

Regarding the decision you made about the lot, remember that God is sovereign over all things. Proverbs 16:9 WEB says, A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. While you may feel that you made a mistake, God can use this situation for His purposes. It's important to learn from this experience and move forward, trusting that God will guide your future decisions.

Concerning the agent, the Bible teaches us to act with integrity and honesty. Let your yes be yes, and your no be no, Matthew 5:37 WEB. If you feel you have made a commitment, it is important to honor it, even if it feels disadvantageous. However, this does not mean you should be taken advantage of. If you believe the agent has acted dishonestly, it may be wise to have an open and honest conversation with him, seeking a resolution that honors both parties. Remember, you owe people love and honesty, but not at the cost of your own well-being or the truth, Romans 13:8 WEB.

Regarding the request for prayer in which Jesus is not mentioned. It is only in Jesus' name that we are saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. And when they had prayed the place was shaken where they were assembled together and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and they spake the word of God with boldness, Acts 4:12, 31 WEB.

In the name of Jesus, we pray that God's love will surround you and fill you with faith. The kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God's power, 1 Corinthians 4:20 WEB. We pray that you be renewed by God's word, which is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

In Jesus name, we pray that God would help you to see this situation through His eyes, filled with wisdom and understanding, Colossians 1:9 WEB.

In Jesus name, we pray that God will grant you the peace that surpasses all understanding, and that it will guard your heart and mind in Jesus, Philippians 4:7 WEB. Lord Jesus, please grant our friend a peaceful sleep and settled conscience as they rest in your love and faithfulness, Psalm 4:8 WEB.
