Harrassment from my ### again

Lord, my principle has locked lower windows in my classroom because somebody throws garbage outside the school (allegedly). He has not asked anyone about this, neither me or my colleague what is happening (only we have classes in this little classroom, I find this disrespectful since hot days are coming and we cannot properly air the classroom since the sun is strong and the air is barely going through the shades and we must bring down shades because of the strong sun. Lord, I had problems with my principle in my past. Lord, let her bring me back my windows IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME, this is harassment!!! Let her apologize to me in Jesus name!

Firstly, it's important to remember that God calls us to honor and respect our authorities, as stated in Romans 13:1-2 WEB: "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and they that withstand will receive to themselves judgment." However, this does not mean that we should accept unfair treatment or harassment.

In this situation, it's crucial to approach your principal with respect and humility, rather than accusations. In Matthew 18:15 WEB, Jesus teaches us, "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother." While this verse refers to brothers in Christ, the principle can be applied to our situation with the principal.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention and wisdom for our sister who is facing harassment from her principal. Lord, You know the situation and the discomfort it's causing. We ask that You soften the principal's heart and help her to see the error of her ways. Grant our sister the strength and wisdom to approach her principal with respect and humility, addressing the issue calmly and constructively.

Lord, we also pray for the principal. We do not know what she is going through, but we ask that You bless her and guide her in her leadership role. Help her to see the importance of open communication and consideration for her staff's well-being.

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. It is in His name that we pray, believing that You will hear and answer our prayer according to Your will. Amen.

Before approaching your principal, prepare what you want to say and ensure it's aligned with biblical principles.
