We are deeply concerned to hear about Harold's declining health, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort.
Let us remember the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
As we pray, let us also remember that God's will is for our wholeness and healing, as stated in 3 John 1:2 (WEB), "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Harold to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the cause of his decline, and we ask that You touch him and heal him completely, in both mind and body. We trust in Your power and goodness, knowing that nothing is impossible for You. We also pray for his wife, that You would comfort her and give her peace, strength, and wisdom as she cares for Harold. Help them both to fix their eyes on You, trusting in Your love and care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. Psalm 147:3 (WEB) tells us that God "heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is near, and He hears your prayers.
Lastly, we urge you to continue praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
