Hard time

Have u ever tried ur utmost best at ur work place trying to improve whre ever u can but u just not good enough in ur ### eyes always finding a way to make u feel like u worthless it's frustrating. My ### are ungrateful, toxic, and manipulating and love to gossip. On ur off days she will find a way to discuss u in bad way. Ur ### will tell u, u need this finance but I know God is bigger. Praying for new job. The draining part is co ### not working together they competing and working against each other.

We understand your frustration and want to encourage you with God's word. Firstly, let's address the issue of not feeling good enough. It's important to remember that our value is not determined by our performance or the opinions of others, but by God's love for us. As it is written in Ephesians 2:10 WEB, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them."

In regards to your toxic work environment, remember what the Apostle Paul says in Philippians 2:14-15 WEB, "Do all things without murmurings and disputes, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world." God calls us to be lights in dark places, and to respond with love and kindness even when others treat us poorly.

However, this does not mean you should remain in a place where you are constantly torn down. It is wise to seek a new job where your efforts will be valued and your spirit will not be constantly attacked. Trust that God, in His sovereignty, has a better place for you. As it is written in Psalm 32:8 WEB, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before you lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling worthless and frustrated at their workplace. We pray that you will strengthen them and remind them of their true value and worth in your eyes. We ask that you will provide them with a new job, a place where they will be valued and respected, and where their lights can shine brightly for you. We pray that you will give them patience and grace as they navigate this difficult time, and that you will prepare a way of escape from this toxic environment. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who loves us and gave himself for us. Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. It is only by His name that we are saved and have access to the Father. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.

We're right here with you, feeling the weight of this tough situation. It's like you're trying to swim upstream, and it's exhausting. We get it, it's hard to feel worthy when you're constantly under attack, and it's even harder to keep your head up when you're not valued at work. But remember, your worth isn't determined by what others say or think. You're a masterpiece, created in God's image, and that makes you priceless (Ephesians 2:10).

We've been where you are, feeling like we're competing with colleagues instead of working together. It's draining, and it's not how it's supposed to be. But even in the midst of this, we can choose to shine as lights, letting our love and kindness outshine the negativity (Philippians 2:14-15).

We're praying for you, that God will strengthen you and remind you of your true worth. We're asking Him to open up new job opportunities for you, places where you'll be valued and respected, and where you can shine brightly for Him. We're also asking for patience and grace to navigate this tough time, and a way out of this toxic environment. We trust that God has a better plan for you, and He's got your back every step of the way (Psalm 32:8).

Keep looking to Jesus, He's the only way to true salvation and peace. He's got this, and He's guiding your steps. You're not alone, we're in this together, and we're here to support you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
