Hard Season Of Life

I am going through a hard season of life and feeling very defeated. I work in sales for my company. I have worked very hard over the past ### years for my company and over the last few months have watched things fall apart all around me. I am dealing with intense anxiety because of it and feel like a failure. My family relies on me as the breadwinner. I am heavy burdened right now and just praying that God allow for a win to come my way and that the hard work I have put in will be rewarded. I know that God is with me always and has a plan for me, but I am not feeling confident in my life right now getting to the point where I just want to give up from the stress and the fear of failure. My prayer request is that God allow for my hard work to produce wins and confidence and allow for me to take care of my family.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenging season you're experiencing, ###. Remember, God is always with us, even in the most trying times. He assures us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

Firstly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned in the request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, in whom we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB. We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ if you have not already.

In regards to your feelings of defeat and anxiety, we remind you of what the apostle Paul said, We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair; pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed. 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 WEB

God sees your hard work and dedication. He promises us in His word, Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9 WEB. Continue to trust in Him and His perfect timing.

Regarding your feelings of failure and the burden to provide, remember that God is the ultimate provider. He promises, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's trouble is enough for that day. Matthew 6:33-34 WEB. Trust in Him to provide for your family's needs.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, You see the burden on their heart and the challenges they're facing. We ask that You grant them a spirit of peace and confidence, casting out all anxiety and fear. Help them to trust in Your perfect plan and timing.

Father, we pray for ###'s work situation. We ask that You bless their hard work and bring forth fruit and success, according to Your will. Provide for their family's needs, Lord, as only You can.

In Jesus' name, we pray for ###'s faith to be strengthened. May they find hope and encouragement in Your promises. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness.

We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Stay strong in the Lord, ###. Keep your faith and trust in Him. He is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging season. Cast your burden on the Lord, and he shall sustain you. He shall never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 WEB

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
