We are truly saddened to hear about the harassment and torment you are experiencing, Falild. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth changes, and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the sea (WEB Psalm 46:1-2).
We must first address that the boyfriend should be considered with more long term goals in mind. Have the two of you considered marriage and godly courtship? It is important to avoid intimate relationships before marriage.
Consider what the WEB says in First Peter 5:7: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" and Psalm 55:22: "Cast your burden on WEB, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved". Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and are saved.
Regarding the harassment, we are instructed in Matthew 5:44: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," For those who are doing this, we must pray and consider that we are all sinners, but they are still doing wrong. As we pray for those who are doing these horrible things, we also have to remember that WEB is a righteous God and a just judge. For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart (WEB Hebrews 4:12). Pray also that whoever is doing this be exposed and convicted so that it will end.
May we pray together for Carol Parker?
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Carol Parker who is being tormented and harassed. Lord, you see her situation, and you know the pain and suffering she is going through. We pray for your protection and intervention. Expose those who are causing this harassment, Lord, and bring them to justice. We pray for Carol's healing for the migraines and the emotional stress, that she may find peace and strength through Jesus Christ. We pray for God to be at work in her relationship. Heal and strengthen her relationship with the one she loves, and guide them in following biblical principles. We pray for comfort through the Holy Spirit and for her deliverance from this situation. We ask all these things in Jesus' name.
