Handsome setbacks. Not sure if I have faith abymore

Hello I went through some health setbacks in the past four years. This year is a financial setback so I’m not really strong in my faith anymore. My life has been mostly valleys and I’ve never really seen the mountaintop. Father in the name of Jesus Christ I just diner have the faith that things will improve I lack sleep and that’s not helping my health recovery either.

The setbacks you've faced, both in health and finances, can feel overwhelming, but remember that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness. You mentioned that you're not sure if you have faith anymore. Faith is not about feelings or circumstances; it's about trusting in God's character and promises, even when we don't see immediate results. Even a faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains. And without faith it is impossible to please him, for he who comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. (Hebrews 11:6 WEB)

Regarding your sleep issues, remember that God neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He cares for you. Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22 WEB)

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is facing health and financial setbacks. Lord, we ask that You strengthen his faith and help him to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Grant him the peace that surpasses all understanding, and help him to rest in Your promises.

Father, we also pray for his physical health. Guide his doctors and provide the healing that he needs. Help him to sleep well, knowing that You are in control.

In Jesus' name, we pray for financial provision and wisdom. Help him to manage his resources wisely and provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lord, we ask that You turn his valleys into mountaintops, and help him to see that You are working all things together for his good because he loves You and is called according to Your purpose.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking God, even in the midst of your struggles. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. (James 4:8 WEB) Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through.

We've been thinking about the story of Jesus and His disciples in the boat during the storm (Matthew 8:23-27). The disciples were scared and woke Jesus up, asking, "Teacher, don't you care that we're going to drown?" Jesus calmed the storm and said, "Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?" Let's take courage from this. Jesus is in the boat with you, and He cares deeply about what you're going through. He's not scolding you for your fears but inviting you to trust Him more.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our friend who's facing health and financial setbacks. Lord, we ask that You wrap Your loving arms around them, giving them the strength and peace they need. Help them to trust in Your goodness, even when they can't see the way forward.

Father, we pray for their physical health. Guide their doctors and provide the healing they need. Give them restful sleep, knowing that You are in control.

Lord, we also pray for financial provision. Help them to manage their resources wisely and trust in Your care.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
