We rejoice with you, Anne, in the blessings you and your husband have received in your marriage. It is a wonderful thing to see a couple united in Christ, living together, traveling together, and moving together in His name. We are reminded of Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 (WEB): "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have warmth; but how can one keep warm alone? If a man prevails against one who is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken."
We praise God for the unity and harmony in your marriage, and we pray that this bond continues to strengthen. Remember, as Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB) teaches, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anne and her husband. We thank You for the blessings You have bestowed upon their marriage, for the unity, and the joy they share. We pray that You continue to guide them, strengthen their bond, and help them to grow together in Your love.
Lord, help them to always put You first in their marriage, to seek Your will in all things, and to love each other as Christ loved the church. We pray for Your protection over their marriage, that it may be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Anne, continue to keep God at the center of your marriage. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Keep trusting in Him, and He will continue to bless your marriage abundantly.
