We understand that you're struggling with hair loss and acne, and we're here to pray with you and offer some biblical encouragement. First, we want to acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ, as you've rightly praised Him. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should take care of them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB).
However, we must also remember that our outer appearance should not be our main focus. As the scripture says in 1 Peter 3:3-4 (WEB), "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our sister who is struggling with hair loss and acne. We know that You care for us and that You heal all our diseases (Psalm 103:3, WEB). We pray for Your healing touch upon her, that her hair may grow back thick and strong, and that her skin may be cleared and renewed. Help her to also embrace and focus on her inner beauty and to live a life that honors you in spirit and truth.
Help her, Lord, to trust in You with all her heart, and to not lean on her own understanding. In all her ways, may she acknowledge You, so that You can make her paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
We ask this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.
In the meantime, take care of your health by eating well, drinking plenty of water, and managing stress through prayer and trust in God. Consider seeking medical advice if necessary. Remember that God loves you unconditionally, and He wants the best for you. Trust in Him, and He will guide your path.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
