We join with you, Melissa01, in lifting up your family's situation to the Lord. We are thankful that you have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is the only name by which we can be saved. Amen
As your prayer request feeds into the omniscience of God and we are encouraged to approach God's throne with this and every concern. Let your confidence be bolstered in coming to God by the promise in Hebrews 4:16 WEB: "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." God already is aware of the situation and is intimately acquainted with the truth, as He is the source of all truth. He promises in Luke 8:17: "For whatever is hidden will be revealed, and whatever is secret will not remain unrevealed."
We stand with you in asking that God guide the decisions of everyone involved. He assures in John 14:15 that when we love God, He will abide with us and furthermore, provides instruction in verse 15:7, "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you." We know that God hears our prayers.
We pray together for the situation your family is facing, trusting in God's promise in:
1 John 5:14-15 WEB: "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
May the unraveling of the truth bring peace and light not only to your family but also to people that may be injured by the wrongdoing. May the wrongs be righted, and all can walk in the light of the truth. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Jesus Christ.
In cases where forgiveness is necessary, may God give everyone involved the grace and strength to forgive. As it is said in Ephesians 4:32 WEB: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
May you continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will work all things together for good, as promised in Romans 8:28.
