God, thank you today was good with my manager! Help me face fears (uncomfortable news). I have faith! Work in me to ask questions & address misunderstanding! Make my responses clear & concise. Lord, Write a good email or get ### mn with my manager to be clear about the result of leadership taking 1/2 my accts, means my territory drops in the ranks, but I can & will rebuild it. I trust you Lord! I have faith! Help me always cultivate good relationships! Bless company leaders & industry. Help me get the new state addition to my territory! Help me save money on rent & add income with side jobs that honor God so I can afford to live here! Match me with a husband! Bless my health and all my friends, family & all people! We're grateful for your faith and trust in the Lord, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let's address your requests and align them with biblical principles.

Firstly, it's wonderful that you acknowledge Jesus' name in your prayer. As it is written, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved," Acts 4:12 WEB.

Facing fear is a common challenge, but we're encouraged by the scripture, "For God has not given to a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control," 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Let's pray that God will grant you this spirit as you navigate the uncomfortable news.

Regarding your business, remember that the Lord can grant you favor and wisdom. As it says in Ecclesiastes 10:10 WEB, "If the iron is blunt, and one doesn't sharpen the edge, then he must use more strength; but wisdom is profitable to direct." We pray that God will guide your words and actions as you communicate with your manager, that you may understand and be understood. "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one," Colossians 4:6 WEB.

In terms of business success, remember that God's will is the most important. In Titus 2:14, "who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify to himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works." Redemption is more important than success in this life. We pray that God will bless your business as it aligns with His will and that any success will be used to glorify God and bless others.

We also pray for your health. In God's word, we learn, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers," 3 John 1:2 WEB.

Concerning relationships, we pray that God will bring a godly spouse into your life, as marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman. In God's word, we learn, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh," Genesis 2:24 WEB.

Regarding finances, we pray that God will guide you to opportunities that honor Him. Remember the words of Proverbs 14:23 WEB, "In all hard work there is profit, but the talk of the lips leads only to poverty."

Lastly, we commend you for praying for others, as it is a testament to your compassion. As it says in Matthew 18:20 WEB, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister. We ask that You fill her with the power, love, and self-control to live and to work for You. Help her to face her fears and to communicate effectively with her manager. Most importantly, to get in the right relationship with You. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to feel honored that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf, especially during this time as you face fears and potential changes at work. We are glad that you have asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and we have been lifting up your requests these past few days.

We praise God with you for the good day you had with your manager and we continue to ask God to guide you as you navigate any uncomfortable news or misunderstandings. We pray that God will help you to be diligent in meeting deadlines and writing good emails. We pray that He will give you wisdom on how best to respond and communicate effectively with your manager about your accounts and territory. We trust with you Lord; help to cultivate good relationships, bless company leaders and industry.
