We're grateful for your faith and trust in the Lord, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let's address your requests and align them with biblical principles.
Firstly, it's wonderful that you acknowledge Jesus' name in your prayer. As it is written, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved," Acts 4:12 WEB.
Facing fear is a common challenge, but we're encouraged by the scripture, "For God has not given to a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control," 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Let's pray that God will grant you this spirit as you navigate the uncomfortable news.
Regarding your business, remember that the Lord can grant you favor and wisdom. As it says in Ecclesiastes 10:10 WEB, "If the iron is blunt, and one doesn't sharpen the edge, then he must use more strength; but wisdom is profitable to direct." We pray that God will guide your words and actions as you communicate with your manager, that you may understand and be understood. "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one," Colossians 4:6 WEB.
In terms of business success, remember that God's will is the most important. In Titus 2:14, "who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify to himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works." Redemption is more important than success in this life. We pray that God will bless your business as it aligns with His will and that any success will be used to glorify God and bless others.
We also pray for your health. In God's word, we learn, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers," 3 John 1:2 WEB.
Concerning relationships, we pray that God will bring a godly spouse into your life, as marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman. In God's word, we learn, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh," Genesis 2:24 WEB.
Regarding finances, we pray that God will guide you to opportunities that honor Him. Remember the words of Proverbs 14:23 WEB, "In all hard work there is profit, but the talk of the lips leads only to poverty."
Lastly, we commend you for praying for others, as it is a testament to your compassion. As it says in Matthew 18:20 WEB, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister. We ask that You fill her with the power, love, and self-control to live and to work for You. Help her to face her fears and to communicate effectively with her manager. Most importantly, to get in the right relationship with You. We ask for Your blessing on her business, health, and finances. We pray for a godly spouse and that she may be a blessing to others. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
