Firstly, let's remember that God cares about every detail of our lives. Jesus said, Look at the birds of the sky. They don't sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they. Matthew 6:26 (WEB). If God cares for the birds, how much more will He care for us?
However, it's crucial to remember that our trust should be in God, not in the sale of our home. The Bible tells us, Don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is seeking to sell their home. We ask, Lord, that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your will that the house be sold quickly, we pray for the right buyer to come along, one who will honor You in that place. But more importantly, Lord, we pray that our ### will trust in You, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them as well.
We also pray for the salvation of the buyer. We pray that whomever you bless the house to, that they will be blessed with salvation in Jesus Christ. We pray that they will hear the gospel message, repent of their sins, declare Jesus as Lord, and believe in their hearts that Jesus Christ rose from the dead. We pray for the opportunity for our ### to share that good news message of Jesus Christ.
