We are glad to join you in prayer and seek God's will for your life. We appreciate that you acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Father, but let's clarify this further. Jesus Christ is indeed God, and He is part of the Holy Trinity along with God the Father and the Holy Spirit. However, when we pray, we typically address God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as Jesus taught us (WEB, Matthew 6:9, "Pray like this: 'Our Father in heaven,...").
Let's pray for guidance:
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your clear guidance. Lord, we ask that You direct their path and make the signs clear to them. Give them a discerning spirit to recognize Your will and the obvious signs that they may have missed. Guide them to the place and person You have intended for them.
We pray that they will not be led by their own understanding, but that they will trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding. Lord, help them to follow Your word which says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with My eye" (WEB, Psalms 32:8). We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Regarding relationships, we encourage you to seek God's will for a spouse if that is your desire. The Bible teaches that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (WEB, Matthew 19:4-6). Therefore, we pray that God will guide you to the right person according to His will, if it is His plan for you to be married.
Remember, God's timing is perfect. Wait on Him, and He will direct your paths (WEB, Proverbs 3:5-6). Stay in His word, and He will guide you through His Holy Spirit. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God and it is only through his sacrifice that we are saved from death. This is why we pray in his name and not just any name. God wants you to have a future and a hope. He is willing to guide you when you ask. Be patient.
