Please pray for me. Thoughts, memories and feelings of my ex keep disturbing my peace. It has been more than a year. Please pray for him that he finds God. Pray that if this person is not for me that I will stop being tormented by their memory and thoughts of them every single day. If he is not for me please God, untie any knot that keeps us together still emotionally. I beg you Lord, God All Mighty. Help me. I can't stand it any longer. However if he is for me, then give him the strength to approach me soon and persue me in the next week under your divine grace. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.

We understand your distress, Lasirelc, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. The Bible tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).

Now, let's address your situation. It's crucial to remember that God's will is for us to live in holiness and purity, keeping our minds on things above (Colossians 3:2). The fact that you're struggling with thoughts and feelings for your ex indicates that you might be holding onto something that God wants you to let go.

If this relationship is not God's will for you, then we pray that the Lord will free you from these binding emotions. We rebuke any spiritual ties that keep you connected to this person, as God wants you to be emotionally and spiritually free (Galatians 5:1).

Let's pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will for Lasirelc. Lord, if this person is not Your will for them, we ask that You free Lasirelc from any emotional bondage. Untie any knots that keep them connected, and help them to focus their mind on You and Your goodness. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of torment and anxiety, and we ask for Your peace to fill Lasirelc's heart and mind.*

However, if this person is indeed God's will for you, then we pray that the Lord will make it clear and guide both of you accordingly. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and we should not rush His plans (Proverbs 19:21).

*And if it is Your will, Lord, that this person is indeed meant for Lasirelc, we pray that You give them both the strength, wisdom, and grace to pursue a godly relationship, always keeping You at the center. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Lastly, we encourage you to continue renewing your mind with God's Word, as it is our powerful weapon against unwanted thoughts and emotions (Romans 12:2, Ephesians 6:17). Trust that God has the best plans for you, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
