Guidance with inheritance money

Please Lord guide me, make me knowledgeable in making wise decisions with my father’s investments. I’m the only one left out of his children. I was dad’s caregiver for 7 years, I did my best considering my health challenges. I want to learn and make good choices with his money he left me. I feel so lost and need your guidance. Thank you for loving me and hearing my prayer. Amen

We understand your need for guidance, Etheareth, and we're here to support you in prayer and biblical advice. Firstly, we commend you for your dedication as your father's caregiver. It's evident that you have a caring heart.

In managing your inheritance, it's crucial to seek godly wisdom. As it is written in James 1:5 (WEB), "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Trust that God will guide you through the Holy Spirit.

We also encourage you to seek professional financial advice, as there is wisdom in the counsel of many. Proverbs 15:22 (WEB) tells us, "Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they are established."

However, we must address that your prayer lacks the mention of our Lord Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it's through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Let's pray together now:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Etheareth, seeking Your divine guidance in managing the inheritance left by their father. Lord, grant them wisdom and discernment to make sound financial decisions. Help them to find trustworthy counselors to assist in this responsibility. Comfort their heart and remove any feeling of being lost. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue your walk with God, growing in wisdom and knowledge. Study the Word, and you'll find direction for every area of your life. Psalm 119:105 (WEB) says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.

We agree that seeking professional financial advice is important, but let's not forget the primary source of wisdom - God's Word. As it says in Proverbs 4:5-6, "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you." Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
