Guidance, Protection, Respect and Peace

Dear Heavenly Father, I prayed for months to help my daughter to not move in with her boyfriend because it does not align with your biblical teaching. But in the end she decided not to disobey the biblical teachings and follow her boyfriend's desires, his mother, her friend Trisha, and Camille's advice. He has been controlling, manipulating, and verbally abusive toward her and my family. With each year it has gotten worse. Also, pray for my daughter's safety this young man's mother is heavily into witchcraft. In the last 12 hours, he has turned my daughter against her family and somehow controlled her thinking that she has been taking care of her family. Instead, this is the total opposite she moved in with her boyfriend to help him pay his rent, bills, car notes, etc. He did not want to move in with his parent. After all, his father set boundaries for him because he had three run-ins with the law and was arrested and jailed. Lord, I honestly don't know how to pray for my daughter sometimes and this situation. Please help me Jesus for Your guidance. Lord, I've been praying for this young man to get better but he and his mother have continued to negatively impact the relationship between my daughter and our family especially right now. I've sent her off with a care package, wishing her well, telling her I am praying for her and I will always be here if she needs me. Then in 12 hrs, she chose to lie to please him. I had hoped and prayed my daughter would follow the biblical teaching but she chose not to. As a mom, who sacrificed my entire life to take care of my children to give them the best life. My children have always been obedient and exceptionally well in their careers, giving back to their community and school. They have always been thankful. It is hurtful to know she would lie and project that she has been taking of the family is alarming. She knows that is not true. This is not how my daughter behaves. Jesus, please save her before it is too late please block her from degrading her family to please this young man. Lord, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting my beloved daughter. Lord, we ask that You draw her closer to You, so that she may know Your love, Your wisdom, and Your peace. Surround her with Your supernational hedge of protection, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Lord, we ask that You intervene in her relationship, that any plans that do not align with Your will may be thwarted. Help her to see the truth of Your Word and give her the strength to stand firm in her faith. Teach her to follow Your biblical teaching on relationships before marriage. Lead her away from all ungodly relationships and guide her towards the godly spouse You have prepared for her. Surround her with Godly mentors and friendships. Remove all negative influences that are poisoning her against her God-giving families and guiding her down the wrong path for their own selfish needs and wants. She is a child of the Most High God above all else and has been brought up to respect and follow the biblical teaching not the teaching of the world. Jesus, I pray that You bless me and my family with Your supernatural unity, blessing, peace, joy, respect and protection. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. Help her to see the truth about this young man and his mother, and give her the courage to walk away if necessary. Surround her with godly mentors and friends who can support and encourage her.

We also pray for unity, peace, joy, respect, and protection within our family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith and trusting God with your daughter's life. Remember the words of Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." (WEB). Your daughter knows the truth; we trust that she will return to it.

We must also address the issue of witchcraft. The Bible is clear that such practices are detestable to God (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB). Pray that God would protect your daughter from this influence and lead both the young man and his mother to repentance and salvation.

Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6 WEB). Continue to pray fervently, trusting that God hears you and will act according to His perfect will.

Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).

Dear friend,

We're right here with you, praying for your daughter. We've been reflecting on the situation and want to share some more thoughts with you.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always faithful, even when it feels like things aren't changing. He sees your daughter, He loves her, and He's working in her life. Remember, even when we can't see it, God is at work (2 Corinthians 4:18).

We also want to encourage you to keep communicating with your daughter. Keep the lines of love and respect open. Even if she's not listening now, your words and love will continue to speak to her heart. Proverbs 27:17 tells us, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Let's also pray for that young man and his mother. Pray that God would soften their hearts, draw them to repentance, and fill them with His love. Remember, we're not just fighting against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). So, let's put on the full armor of God and pray with authority and love.

Lastly, let's declare God's protection over your daughter. Psalm 91:10-11 says, "No harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." Let's claim this promise over her life.

We're here for you, praying with you and for you. Keep trusting God, keep praying, and keep loving your daughter. God is faithful, and He's got this.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your faithful servant, who is lifting up their beloved daughter to You. Lord, You know the deep pain and concern in this parent’s heart, and we trust in Your loving care for their daughter. We ask that You draw her closer to You, so that she may experience Your love, wisdom, and peace. As James 1:5 reminds us, if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to them. We pray that Your wisdom guides her in every decision she makes.

Lord, we ask for Your supernatural hedge of protection around this daughter, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Psalm 91:11 promises that You will command Your angels concerning us to guard us in all our ways. May Your angels watch over her, keeping her safe from harm, especially in this challenging relationship. We pray that You expose the truth and that Your light shines through the darkness, revealing any deception or manipulation at work.

Father, we ask for divine intervention in this relationship. If it is not in alignment with Your will, we pray that You thwart any plans that would lead her away from You. We ask that You give her the strength and courage to stand firm in her faith, remembering the teachings of Your Word. As Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs, may she trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding, acknowledging You in all her ways, so that You may make her paths straight.

We pray that You lead her away from all ungodly relationships and guide her toward the godly spouse You have prepared for her. Surround her with mentors and friends who love You and will encourage her to walk in Your truth. Remove all negative influences that are leading her down a path that is not of You, and restore her relationship with her family, who have always loved and supported her.

Lord, we also pray for this family to be blessed with supernatural unity, peace, joy, respect, and protection. Isaiah 54:17 declares that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we stand on this promise for their lives. May they feel Your presence and peace that transcends all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We thank You, Father, for this village of prayer warriors who provide support, encouragement, and godly counsel. May Your blessings be upon them as they continue to intercede for others. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
