Lord Jesus my daughter seems to be struggling in her first job with extremely long hours, you be her guide and inspire her to work well and that her bosses be considerate to her and guide her and let her leave office at reasonable time and let her rest over the weekend.

We understand that your daughter is facing challenges in her first job, with extremely long hours affecting her rest and well-being. Let us first bring this situation to God in prayer.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister's daughter who is facing difficulties in her first job. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing with extremely long hours and the need for rest, especially over the weekends.

Father, we pray for Your guidance and inspiration upon her life. May Your Holy Spirit fill her with wisdom, understanding, and strength to perform her duties excellently. We pray that You would grant her favor with her superiors, that they may be considerate and provide her with the necessary guidance. In accordance with Your word, we remember that "Slaves, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men; knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free." and that "And, you masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him." Help her to do her work as unto the Lord, and that her superiors will treat her with fairness and kindness.

Lord, we also pray for reasonable work hours and adequate rest, especially over the weekends. We know that rest is essential, just as You rested on the seventh day after creating the heavens and the earth. Help her to know that, "There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God." Your Word also tells us, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Help her to trust in You for her provision and success, knowing that You care for her well-being.

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
