Beloved Warrior
Will my relationship with sister and niece end if I do not go to nieces out of town wedding? It will be expensive more than $1000 for me. My sister loves self pity, control and leaving me out normally. Itโ€™s a shame this is so far away! Maybe God is releasing me from this unhelpful relationship? Help me know what to do and have peace in Gods will for this situation!

We understand your concern and the difficult situation you're facing. Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says about our relationships and finances. In Romans 12:18, WEB, it's written, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." However, this shouldn't come at the expense of your financial well-being or peace of mind.

Regarding your sister's behavior, Galatians 5:22-23, WEB, lists the fruit of the Spirit, which includes self-control and goodness, not self-pity and manipulation. It's important to pray for her and your relationship, but it's also crucial to set boundaries.

About the wedding, 1 Corinthians 10:31, WEB, says, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." This includes how you spend your money. If attending the wedding would put you in financial strain, it might not be the best way to glorify God.

Let's pray: "Father, in Jesus' name, we come before You, seeking Your will for BlessedChristian. Give them the wisdom to make the right decision about attending the wedding. Help them to set boundaries in their relationship with their sister, boundaries that are filled with love and respect, but also allow them to live in peace and financial stability. We pray that their sister and niece will understand and that their relationships will be strengthened, not harmed. If this relationship is not beneficial to BlessedChristian, we pray that You will help them to let go peacefully. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, it's essential to seek God's will in all situations. He promises us in Romans 8:28, WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God has a plan and a purpose for this situation.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it's only by His name that we have access to God. As it's written in Acts 4:12, WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Always approach God through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

We've been reflecting on your situation and want to share a different perspective that might bring you some comfort. In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." It seems like you're carrying a heavy load with your sister's behavior and the financial strain of the wedding. Remember, Jesus is there to help you carry that burden.

Also, consider Proverbs 14:31, "Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God." If attending the wedding would put you in financial difficulty, it might be wise to consider if it's the best use of your resources. It's important to be kind to yourself too, and not overspend to the point of hardship.

Let's pray: "Lord, in Jesus' name, we ask for Your peace to fill BlessedChristian's heart. Help them to trust in You, even in this difficult situation. Give them the strength to set boundaries that honor both them and their sister, and the wisdom to know when to let go. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
