Greetings, I recently underwent a surgery for my 2 herniated discs in my lower spine (L3-L4 and L4-L5). My surgeon as well as medical sources say that it could take up to 2 years for the torn discs to heal, and that it is not medically possible for damaged spinal discs to regenerate. It has been 6 weeks since my surgery and I am still experiencing discomfort every now and then. This has been affecting all aspects of my life, e.g. career, social, fitness, my emotional / mental health etc.. I used to be a very active person but I am reduced to tears now. I'd really appreciate your prayers for my complete restoration of my spinal discs (I know this is possible through our lord Jesus even if doctors say otherwise). Please also pray for my relief from all pain / discomfort. Thank you very much.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

We come before the Lord with a prayer request on behalf of our dear sister Araann. She has recently undergone surgery for her herniated discs in her lower spine, specifically at the L3L4 and L4L5 levels. The medical professionals have informed her that it may take up to two years for the torn discs to heal, and they have also stated that damaged spinal discs cannot regenerate.

However, we know that our God is a God of miracles and that nothing is impossible for Him. We have seen in the scriptures how Jesus healed the sick, restored the broken, and brought wholeness to those who were suffering. In Mark 5:34, Jesus said to a woman who had been suffering for twelve years, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering." We believe that the same healing power of Jesus is available to Araann.

Therefore, we lift up our prayers to the Lord, asking for His divine intervention and healing touch upon Araann's spinal discs. We pray that the torn discs would be completely restored and regenerated, defying the limitations of medical knowledge. We declare in faith that Araann will experience a complete restoration of her spinal discs, and that she will be able to live a life free from pain and discomfort.

We also pray for Araann's relief from all pain and discomfort that she is currently experiencing. We ask the Lord to bring comfort to her body, mind, and spirit, and to grant her strength and perseverance during this challenging time. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus .

Lord Jesus, we thank You for Your love, compassion, and healing power. We trust in Your divine plan for Araann's life, and we believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . We commit Araann into Your loving hands, knowing that You are the Great Physician who can bring about miraculous healing.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

May the Lord bless you, Araann, and may His healing power be manifested in your life. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing for your complete restoration and freedom from pain.
