Greetings: I found your website via a Google Search and I have a family dilemma that I hope you can help me solve ASAP. My mother passed away 18 months ago from heart issues. Her death was unexpected and came as a shock to my father, younger brother and I. About a year or two before my mother's passing my father informed her that he was dating another woman by the name of "Chrissy"). He swears nothing sexual is going on between them and I tried to act indifferent to the news, but now I'm beginning to question her motives. Chrissy also has an outstanding criminal record, according to a criminal sheriff's office website she has been arrested several times on assault and battery charges. Right before my mother's death took place my dad and Chrissy got into an argument (at Chrissy's home), and she punched my father in the face leaving a bruise on his upper lip. Another time they got into a heated argument over money, and she threw flowerpots, beer bottles, and other objects in our front yard leaving my mom and brother to clean up the trash and causing my mom to become very upset and cry hysterically. Fast forward to today, and the relationship with my dad and my younger brother has become increasingly strained. Chrissy expects my dad to pay for her, despite his own money woes. When my dad attempts to cut off all contact with her, she continually messages him or shows up at the house (yelling obscenities). He tells my brother and I the insane stuff she did and continues to do during their relationship. Repeatedly he’s promised he won’t go back to her, only to do so a week later. I get that my dad is lonely and needs a woman/companion to comfort him but there's too many disputes that are taking place within our immediate family that Chrissy is the direct cause of. The stress of the entire situation is now taking a toll on my physical health and is causing my hair to fall out and my skin to break out. I want her removed from our lives, for my dad and brother to get along better and to restore peace in our home. PLEASE HELP!
