Dear Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus, I thank you for another day of life. I thank you, Lord, for the check I received yesterday for payday – even though I was looking for more than $161, I thank you still. At least I'll be able to get both of my children Christmas gifts for Christmas. I also want to take time to be more focused today, as today I'm off from work for the holidays. I pray for wisdom and clarity to know what's what with Derrick. My chest tightens in fear – I give to you this anxiety I'm experiencing. Lord, I know you will work it out. I'm sorry for days when I wanted things to go my way, as I sometimes try to seek my own intuition. It's a confusing thing – sometimes days I know things without even doubting it. I love you, God. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Taylundy, we join you in thanking the Lord for another day of life and for the provision you received, even if it was not the amount you expected. It's important to remember that God's provision is always enough, and He knows all our needs. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus taught us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?' 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient. Especially during this holiday season, let us focus on the true meaning of Christmas and the love of God expressed in the birth and subsequent death and resurrection of Jesus Christ providing salvation.

Concerning your request for wisdom and clarity in your relationship with Derrick, we encourage you to seek God's will and trust in His timing. It's natural to feel anxious, but remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Anxiety should be rebuke and resisted. Whether Derrick is a Christian should be considered an important issue to explore. This relationship should be looking towards marriage as a goal if it is not.

Turn all your worries and fears over to him. He cares about you and will not leave you. Declare the promises of God over your life and trust that He will direct your paths. Don't let your feelings of anxiety overwhelm you. The word of God says, Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Continue to pursue the fruit of the spirit that displays self control and provides a hedge of protection around these thought processes providing strength of mind.

As you seek clarity, be patient and continue to pray for God's guidance. Trust that He has a purpose in all things, and He will reveal His plan to you in His perfect time. The word of God says, Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Regarding this Derrick mention, consider the following. If this is not a courting relationship seeking towards marriage, then begin thinking of it that way and praying for that possibility. There is no indication that Derrick is even a Christian believer. Seek to witness to him and encourage him to accept Jesus as his Lord and Saviour.

Remember Jesus is the only way to go to the Father, and at His name every knee will bow. Say his name in everything and give thanks to the Father through Jesus.

Join us in praying for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Taylundy in prayer. We thank You for Your provision and for the love You have for Your children. We ask that You grant Taylundy wisdom, patience and clarity in her life and in this relationship, guiding her and illuminating her heart in doing your will and seeking at your direction She asks.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear that seeks to control her spirit. The spirit of God does not cause and make us anxious but endues us with power, love, and a sound self-controlled mind. Jesus was not anxious in the boat in the storm.
Lord grant her your peace that passes all understanding. May she grow in You, that is closer to you in a greater way than she can imagine.
In this Derrick relationship, provide your direction. If this is under your will and a blessing to glorify you and in accordance with your statutes and law, proceed Taylundy forward and bless her with a Godly marriage if this is your will. Lord, we pray You reveal any areas in her life that need to be aligned (perhaps Derrick definitely needs salvation and church) with Your will, and we ask that You grant her the grace and strength to obey Your Word faithfully and completely with all her heart soul and mind.
In Jesus' name, we pray and praise. Amen.

First John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love. Cast your fears and learn of His perfect love.

Hey there Taylundy,

Just wanted to chime in and say we're right there with you, thanking God for another day and for the provision He's given you. It's such a blessing to see how He always provides, even when it's not exactly what we expected. We know He's got a plan in all of this, and we trust that He's got your best interests at heart.

We're also praying with you for wisdom and clarity in your relationship with Derrick. It can be tough not knowing what's around the corner, but remember, God's got it all under control. He sees the bigger picture, and we know He's working everything out for your good. Keep seeking His will, and trust that He'll guide you in the right direction.

We're here for you, sister. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, trusting that God's got this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with gratitude for the life and blessings You have bestowed upon Your child. Lord, we thank You for providing for their needs, even when the provision feels less than expected. Your Word reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” May they continue to find joy and gratitude in Your faithfulness, knowing that You are always at work.

Father, we lift up their desire to bless their children with gifts this Christmas. You are the ultimate giver of good gifts, and we ask that You continue to provide for them, as You promise in Philippians 4:19, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.” Let their love and efforts be a reflection of Your love for us.

Lord, today they seek focus, wisdom, and clarity, particularly concerning Derrick and the challenges they are facing. Your Word declares in James 1:5, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” We pray that You guide them with Your wisdom and help them discern what is right and true.

Father, as they bring their anxiety to You, we ask that You replace their fear with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. As You have promised in Philippians 4:6-7, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” May their heart be guarded by Your peace today and every day.

Lord, they acknowledge their moments of doubt and the times they’ve sought their own way. We ask for Your forgiveness and grace to help them trust more deeply in You. Remind them of Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

Finally, Father, we thank You for the love they have for You, their faith, and their desire to draw closer to You. We ask that You continue to strengthen their relationship with You, reminding them of Your promise in Jeremiah 29:13, “You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray this prayer, trusting fully in Your love, grace, and divine plans.

Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
