We are truly sorry to hear about the pain you are experiencing, and we are here to intercede on your behalf. God cares about our suffering and wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
Firstly, let us address the physical pain you are experiencing. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and God wants us to be in good health. We pray for your healing, knowing that God has the power to heal you from all pain. As it is written in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We also want to address the spiritual aspect of your request. Praying for God to soften the hearts of those who are causing you pain is biblical. Jesus Christ set an example by praying for those who persecuted them as written in Luke 23:34, "Jesus said, 'Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.'” This is a powerful reminder that we should pray for those who cause us pain, not seeking vengeance but reconciliation.
Regarding your request for a new car and home, we want to encourage you to trust in God's provision. While it is not wrong to ask for material blessings, we should always seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, as stated in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Finally, we want to commend you for ending your prayer request with "IJNA," acknowledging the power and authority in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Again, this is written in Acts. 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother who is in pain. Lord, You know his suffering and You care about his every need. We pray for his healing, asking that You touch his body and relieve him of all pain. We also pray for those who are causing him pain, asking that You soften their hearts and bring about reconciliation.
Father, we ask for Your provision in his life, trusting that You know his every need. We pray for his spiritual growth and that he continues to seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness above all else.
We thank You, Lord, for the power and authority in the name of Jesus. It is in His name that we pray, believing that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful to answer them according to Your will.
