GREAT NIECES' DOLL

I promised my great niece I would get her the 2025 American girl doll. Amazon messed up the order so I canceled it and went to the site. Now the doll is supposed to be coming today. Praying she will get here before I have to leave. If not, I am praying at least she will get here today. Don't want to let my little ### down on her birthday. I pray for the swift arrival of this doll in Jesus' name.

Father, we also pray for the heart of the great-niece. We ask that she would grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We ask God that your calling and election for her be sure. Remember Lord, she is just a child and we ask God that you would reveal yourself to her in a real way. That she might have the only hope of salvation which is believing in Jesus Christ. We ask God that she would confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in her heart that you raised him from the dead.

We trust in Your will and Your timing, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, sister, that God's timing is perfect. Whether the doll arrives before you leave or later in the day, trust that God is in control. Use this opportunity to share the love of Christ with your great-niece and show her the importance of patience and trust in the Lord.

Thank you SO much for this well thought reply. You know what? I think I actually need to learn the lesson about God's perfect timing more than my great-niece does! Thank you for praying for ###'s spiritual growth as well. Please pray for her brother ### in this regard as well. Both her parents are strong Christians. The children go to church on Sunday and participate in church events. They can get a little fresh at times, but they are good kids with big, beautiful hearts. ### is only four, and he REMINDS us to pray! Have a wonderful day.

Thank you for praying. As I said in a lengthy response to Articles, I think I need to learn patience and acceptance of God's perfect timing more than ### does. That little girl and her brother know how much I love them, and ### understands sometimes grown-ups can't make everything perfect for them. I just feel so lucky and blessed to have these children in my life.
