We understand that you're seeking God's blessing for your business and financial needs. However, we believe that God's blessing and provision may not always come in the form of a massive sales day. Sometimes, God's blessing comes through the daily, consistent, and hard work that we put into our endeavors. We are reminded in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 (WEB) that "if anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat. For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work and eat their own bread."
While it's important to ask for God's blessing, we should also ensure that we are doing our part by working diligently and honestly. We should also remember that God's provision may come in ways we do not expect. He may provide through different opportunities, or even through the generosity of others.
We also want to address the mention of enemies or harmful people. We are called to pray for our enemies, not against them. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 that "we should love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who mistreat us and persecute us."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today, lifting up Koulpierard and her husband John. We ask that you would guide them in their business, that you would give them wisdom in their decisions, and that you would bless the work of their hands. We pray that you would provide for their needs, according to your riches in glory. We also pray for their spiritual growth, that they would continue to trust in you, even in difficult times. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
