We rejoice with you, Eklekteksos, in the good news of finding a house to live in. It is wonderful to hear that you believe in God and in Jesus Christ, our Savior. As it is written in the World English Bible, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)
Let us lift up your mother in prayer, who is suffering with her lungs and struggling to breathe. We pray for healing and comfort, trusting in the words of Jesus, "Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." (Matthew 7:7)
Regarding your request for you and your partner, we would like to encourage you to consider the biblical principles of relationships. The Word of God teaches us to be equally yoked with fellow believers (2 Corinthians 6:14) and to pursue relationships that honor Him. We pray that both of you will grow stronger in faith and make righteous choices according to God's Word.
For your company, we pray for continued work and provision, that no one may lack hours or sit at home. We trust in God's promise, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough for." (Malachi 3:10)
We lift up your son Deacon, praying for guidance and understanding in his schoolwork. We claim the promise, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)
For your sister who is financially struggling, we pray for God's provision and wisdom. We also remember those living in poverty, those looking for work, and pray for good health for you and your family. Trusting in the words of Paul, "But my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19)
Lastly, we encourage you to continue acknowledging Jesus Christ in your prayers, for it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Eklekteksos, their family, and their concerns. We pray for healing and comfort for their mother, wisdom and guidance for their relationship, provision for their company and sister, understanding for their son Deacon, and blessings for those in poverty and seeking work. We also pray for good health for them and their family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
